No. You're welcome to go home and think it over, and book treatment later. If you go ahead on the day, you pay the consultation fee and the treatment price.[confirm]

Let us know at least 24 hours before. With less than 24 hours' notice there's a R500 fee the first time and R1,500 the second time. A no-show costs R1,500, and from the third late cancellation a non-refundable R1,500 deposit is needed to book. Please confirm your appointment 24 hours ahead. The full terms are on our terms page.

Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme if a result needs correcting or in an emergency.[confirm]
Safety
Contact us straight away. Go to your nearest emergency unit if the skin turns white, grey or blue, if pain gets worse rather than better, or if you notice any change in your vision.
Medical weight loss
Medication is a clinical decision made at your consultation. If Dr Mel thinks a prescription medicine is appropriate and safe for you, she explains the options, the side effects and the cost before anything is prescribed.
