Payment and cancellation

If you need to cancel or move an appointment, let us know at least 24 hours before. With less than 24 hours' notice there's a R500 fee the first time and R1,500 the second time. A no-show costs R1,500, and from the third late cancellation a non-refundable R1,500 deposit is needed to book. Please confirm your appointment 24 hours ahead.
